A good broadcast is the difference between watching a moment and feeling it.
One production led to the next
It started at Wolvesden in August 2025. One production led to the next, and within a year I was observing Valorant, directing simracing and running replays for League of Legends. Each role taught me something different about what makes a broadcast land with viewers.
Replay is where my focus is: every spectacular moment seen again, from the right angle, at the right time. Alongside that I regularly direct simracing leagues, often with Dutch commentary on top.
Everything so far has been remote, for organisers in the Netherlands, the UK and Sweden. I'm still waiting for my first LAN, so if you run one, I'd like to hear about it.

Questions producers ask
What's the difference between a replay operator, an observer and a director?
As replay operator I capture and deliver the right replay at the right moment. As observer I control the in-game or in-sim camera live. As director I oversee the whole broadcast and switch between cameras, replays and graphics. I regularly do all three, sometimes within one production.
Do you only work on esports and simracing?
No. That is where most of my experience is, in Valorant, League of Legends, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Le Mans Ultimate. But directing and replays work the same way for a sports match or any other livestream. Tell me what you have in mind and I'll say honestly whether I'm the right person.
Do you only work in the Netherlands?
I'm based in the Netherlands and work internationally, remote and on site.
